Artifex recently launched a new website for Erickson McGovern, a Tacoma - based architectural firm specializing in educational facility design. Erickson McGovern came to Artifex to re-design their website, improve recruiting efforts, and provide the firm with tools that allow them to update the content. These goals have been met with an improved interface design that reflects the cultural and design aesthetic of the firm and the deployment of the AFX Content Management System (AFX CMS).
The AFX CMS allows website owners to control the content of their website through a web browser. The system offers easy-to-use text editing, file and image management, spell check, and robust Search Engine Optimization (SEO) features. The Erickson McGovern deployment included a customized project editing tool that allows them to add, edit, and delete architecture projects and post them to the website.
